Type:

full-time Leasing Associate / Manager - Data Centers Washington, DC / New York / Texas | Flexible Location We are exclusively retained by a rapidly growing, well-capitalized data center developer to appoint a commercially minded leasing professional to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of a data center platform. The focus is on originating and executing new business with hyperscalers, AI companies, enterprise users and other major data center customers. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, build relationships and take deals from initial engagement through negotiation and execution. The Opportunity Develop and maintain relationships with hyperscalers, AI companies, enterprise users, brokers and other data center stakeholders. Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities across the company's development pipeline. Build a pipeline of prospective customers and proactively develop new business. Analyze market activity, customer requirements and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities. Participate in industry conferences, meetings and networking opportunities to expand the company's customer and broker network. Support commercial negotiations and transaction execution. Contribute to broader market and site strategy where relevant. What We're Looking For We are specifically seeking candidates with existing data center industry experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-7 years of experience within the data center industry, ideally in leasing, commercial, business development, development, real estate or a closely related function. Experience working with or selling to hyperscalers, AI companies, enterprise customers or other data center users is highly desirable. A demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop new business. Strong understanding of the data center development and leasing environment. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate effectively within a lean team. Strong commercial judgment and an interest in the broader real estate and digital infrastructure landscape. Candidates from data center developers, operators or data center-focused brokerage teams are encouraged to apply. Why This Opportunity? This is not a lease administration or portfolio management position. The successful candidate will have real ownership of customer origination and leasing activity and will work directly with senior leadership in a small, high-impact team. You will have exposure to some of the most important companies in the AI and digital infrastructure ecosystem while helping shape the leasing strategy of a growing data center platform. The company is flexible on location, with opportunities for candidates based in Washington, DC/Northern Virginia, New York or Texas, as well as exceptional candidates elsewhere.
