Procurement Analyst ???? Saline, MI | Fully On-Site (flexibility for life events) ???? Monday-Friday | 40-45 Hours per Week A growing manufacturing organization is looking for a driven and analytical Procurement Analyst to join its purchasing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supplier interaction, negotiating costs, working with data, and helping drive operational efficiency across the supply chain. You'll play a key role in managing supplier relationships, analyzing purchasing trends, supporting RFQs, and ensuring materials and services are sourced effectively and competitively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where collaboration and problem-solving are valued. What You'll Be Doing Manage supplier relationships and support ongoing vendor performance initiatives Lead and support RFQs, pricing negotiations, and cost analysis activities Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify savings opportunities and process improvements Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to support procurement strategies Maintain accurate purchasing records and ERP system data Track supplier KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance metrics Utilize Excel for reporting, analysis, and procurement tracking Assist with inventory, sourcing, and supply planning initiatives as needed What They're Looking For 1+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within manufacturing Experience with supplier management, negotiations, RFQs, and cost analysis Strong ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, Plex, or similar platforms Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Preferred Experience VRM and SLA/KPI management experience IQMS software experience Manufacturing or industrial industry background Why This Opportunity Stands Out Collaborative and team-oriented environment Stable organization with strong operational presence Leadership that values flexibility and employee support Great opportunity to grow within procurement and supply chain operations
