Job Overview We are currently looking for a Senior Sourcing Process Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Senior Sourcing Process Specialist you will: Lead end-to-end procurement transformation by driving process optimization, system enablement, and operational efficiency across purchasing. Aligns procurement activities with broader supply chain and business objectives through standardization, automation, and data-driven continuous improvement. Leverages digital platforms such as SAP, Ariba, and the Power Platform to streamline workflows, strengthen data governance, and implement scalable, repeatable global processes. Essential Functions Utilize Haworth systems to analyze supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, initiate corrective actions, and track performance.
Engage suppliers in new product development processes, involve them in cost reduction initiatives, and actively participate in or lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement strategies to reduce procurement costs, track purchases, and maintain a current database of vendor information.
Implement strategies to grow relationships with suppliers, support product plans for growth, and develop procurement strategies for assigned commodities.
Lead strategic transformation initiatives across sourcing and procurement and partner with the Purchasing team to identify, evaluate, and advance digital procurement tools and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
Improve supplier collaboration through digital platforms and enable automation of sourcing events, pricing updates, and contract workflows.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, project management, process improvement, or related business functions. (3 years related experience with Master's Degree)
