https://www.honeywellaerospace.com As a Strategic Sourcing Principal - Electronics Aerospace here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will report directly to our- 1•and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a •2•work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance + Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them
- including those within the electronics distribution and broker channels
- + Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives + Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
YOU MUST HAVE
- + 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance + Strong negotiation skills and processes + Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously + Expertise in FAR15 proposals and subcontract execution + Experience with DoD procurement life cycle and supplier management + Experience working with electronics distributors and brokers +
- Semiconductor supply chain experience, with direct engagement of distribution partners
WE VALUE
- + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline + Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations + Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred + Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry + Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
