Identify overstock and unnecessary materials to recoup company costs

Source raw materials strategically to mitigate job and purchase costing

Prioritize, schedule, and expedite raw material deliveries

Maintain accurate inventory levels and update ERP pricing systems

Issue purchase orders and track them for on-time delivery

Notify management immediately of supply deficits, delays, or discrepancies

Coordinate material planning closely with sales and estimation teams Requirements of the purchasing specialist:

Previous professional experience in purchasing and procurement

Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software

Capability to work Friday overtime when needed
