ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Sourcing Execution & Data Analysis Lead and support sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories including meetings and events, travel, HR services, finance, marketing, and other corporate functions through structured RFX processes, supplier evaluations, and category strategy support. Analyze supplier and spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, consolidation potential, and performance trends across indirect categories. Assist in the execution of sourcing plans and category management strategies aligned with enterprise objectives. Track and report savings delivery, rebate opportunities, supplier performance metrics, and other relevant KPIs. Contract Negotiation & Redlining Own day-to-day supplier contracting activity, including renewals and standard negotiations. Lead contract redlining efforts for assigned indirect supplier agreements, reviewing and negotiating terms related to pricing, service levels, indemnification, liability, termination, and other key commercial provisions. Serve as a primary point of contact for supplier contract negotiations across assigned indirect spend categories. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to review, negotiate, and finalize contract language in accordance with company standards and risk tolerance. Maintain a strong understanding of standard contract structures, key risk clauses, and negotiation leverage points for indirect spend agreements. Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting and redlining through execution and renewal. Identify and escalate non-standard terms or high-risk provisions and work cross-functionally to resolve contract issues. Supplier & Category Management Manage and develop relationships with indirect suppliers across corporate spend categories. Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate supplier onboarding, sampling, and evaluation processes with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Marketing, Travel, and Events teams. Maintain accurate supplier and contract information in sourcing systems and tools. Support supplier due diligence efforts by coordinating with Compliance, researching prospective and existing suppliers, and documenting findings using internal risk assessment tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Travel, and Events to support indirect sourcing strategies and business goals. Support contract negotiations by providing accurate spend data, benchmarking analysis, and relevant documentation. Ensure proper communication and handoffs during supplier transitions, contract renewals, and category changes. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify opportunities for process improvement within indirect sourcing and contribute to sourcing best practices and tools. Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain and review spend categorization and supplier hierarchy to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations, with demonstrated exposure to indirect spend categories. Hands-on experience with contract redlining, negotiation, and contract management. Familiarity with key commercial contract terms and risk provisions. Strong analytical skills with experience in spend data analysis and reporting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Understanding of contract terms, procurement processes, and supplier risk management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience managing indirect spend categories such as travel, meetings and events, marketing, HR services, or finance-related procurement. Demonstrated ability to lead contract negotiations and manage redline cycles with suppliers and legal counsel. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and sourcing/procurement tools. Professional certification such as ISM-CPSM or APICS. Experience with supplier performance management and category strategy development. Exposure to contract management/procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Ironclad.
