• Entry level- bachelors degree, no experience Job Description The Sourcing & Supplier Management team is seeking an Analyst to support and strengthen sourcing operations through strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.

This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, proactive in building relationships, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment. The Analyst will continue to develop foundational sourcing skills, including problem-solving, clear communication, and effective use of enterprise tools such as Coupa and Oracle. Responsibilities Support business partners on routine and ad hoc sourcing activities. Assist with special projects and reporting as requested. Execute standard processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sourcing and supplier management policies. Essential Skills Proficiency in strategic sourcing. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to effectively use enterprise tools such as Coupa. Bachelor's Degree required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Adobe is a plus. A foundational understanding of the supply chain is preferred. Ability to learn, adapt, and grow within a sourcing environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 5 pm, with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of O Fallon, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
