We are seeking energetic, passionate people who enjoy the outdoors and want to play a key role for the position of Sourcing Planner for information technology within the Office of Budget & Finance headquartered at Central Office in Franklin County . What you will do…- Work independently to lead the agency in researching, evaluating, and administering the agency's information technology (IT) contract portfolio.
- Transition IT to a centralized procurement process.
- Utilize strategic sourcing to maximize agency spend for goods and services and improvements to supply chain, delivery, and cost reductions.
- Plan and improve the use of preference programs across the contract portfolio.
- Determine cost projections across the agency contract portfolio, identify cost savings, and establish cost controls and a reduction plan.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Starting hourly pay of $33.52/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 6.5 years of service, with an end salary of $49.18/hr.
- There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied.
