  • , you will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies that support a high-performing aftermarket business.

This position goes beyond transactional purchasing—you will influence supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and product management. Based in Charlotte, NC, this opportunity offers exposure to global supply chain operations within a leading HVAC organization. What You'll Do

+ Develop and execute category strategies for aftermarket HVAC parts aligned with business objectives

+ Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

+ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

+ Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and strategic sourcing

+ Collaborate with planning, engineering, operations, and product teams to align procurement strategies

+ Establish and monitor supplier KPIs; address performance issues proactively

+ Support and influence a cross-functional procurement network and supplier base Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree + 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement within large, global organizations + 3+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word + 2+ years of experience with SAP and Power BI

+ Ability to travel up to 20% within North America Preferred Qualifications

+ Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering + 3+ years of experience in aftermarket or resale supply chain environments

+ Demonstrated success driving cost savings through sourcing and negotiation strategies

+ Strong analytical and market research capabilities

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

+ Ability to present and influence at all organizational levels
