General Overview:
Manage all aspects of purchasing 2. Role and Responsibilities Run daily MRP reports and purchase materials in support of production schedule for all purchasing parts other than Outside Processing and Supporting Components per procedure. Manage your suppliers to assure on time delivery and consistent quality. Negotiate with your suppliers to ensure optimal pricing. Negotiate Terms with your suppliers. Source and certify new suppliers with the assistance of the Procurement Agent. Expedite delayed orders. Resolve issues related to inventory returns, and replacements. Negotiate best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements. Purchasing requisition items per procedure. Work with accounting to correctly use accurate general ledger accounts for non-inventory purchases. Keeps department reports updated. Other duties as required. 3.

Friday Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- General knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures.
High School Diploma Preferred Skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Excellent math skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Outlook, Excel, Goggle Drive, and Goggle Sheets)
- Attention to detail
- Desire to grow, take on new responsibilities, and establish yourself on our team.
