Job Summary This job oversees essential procurement activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing and inventory management. It involves strategic reporting and effective communication across the company. The role also includes mentoring peers and optimizing supplier relations. Job Description The Procurement Representative 2 is responsible for supporting procurement operations, supplier management, inventory reporting, and compliance activities. This role partners with Procurement, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient purchasing processes, accurate reporting, and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities Process procurement transactions, purchase orders, and inventory requests. Generate and analyze procurement, inventory, and supplier reports using advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards). Partner with Compliance and Audit teams to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procurement requirements. Generate and review site surveys to support project planning, purchasing, and inventory needs. Support domestic and international procurement activities and supplier relationships. Conduct audits of procurement records and maintain data accuracy and integrity. Mentor team members and identify opportunities for process improvements. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
