Our projects are primarily located throughout New York City, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to support our operations team. Position Overview The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing material procurement using Trimble (SaaS), ensuring timely ordering and delivery of supplies, and serving as a liaison between project managers, warehouse personnel, and vendors.

This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage purchase orders through Trimble software Coordinate material orders for active projects Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Act as a liaison between Project Managers, Warehouse Manager, and suppliers Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation Assist in resolving discrepancies with orders, invoices, or deliveries Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Computer skills are a necessity; experience with Trimble or similar purchasing systems is a plus Construction, roofing, or materials purchasing experience preferred (not required) Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Schedule, Pay, and Location Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00

PM Pay:

$20.00 per hour
