This role pays $22.00 per hour on a bi-weekly basis

Schedule:

40 hours per week/5 days

  • multiple options available Paid time off: 5 sick days, 10 vacation days and 6 paid holidays to support work life balance Consistent hours to support work/life balance On the job training / career development and advancement opportunities Employee Assistance Program/Behavioral Health Support through Quantum Employee store discounts and more perks Business casual dress code Here is what you can expect in your role as Purchasing Agent I•also known as responsibilities: Process purchase orders for special order material Ensure sufficient inventory through reviewing reports so that stock material level is maintained Process purchase order confirmations with manufacturers Follow-up on backordered and delayed purchase orders Respond to requests from sales and other departments regarding purchase orders Maintain good working relationships and dynamics with vendor and manufacturer reps Research and corrects invoice discrepancies interacting with manufacturers and product managers Other duties may be assigned as necessary What You Bring to the
Table:

Proficiency in MS Office
