Position Summary:
Support indirect procurement activities across all spend categories. Serve as a key procurement partner to internal stakeholders by managing intake and prioritization of sourcing requests, collaborating with regional and global procurement leads, and leading end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned projects, generally under $250K in spend. Responsibilities include triaging stakeholder requests, gathering business requirements and scope, conducting market and supplier research, managing RFx events, evaluating supplier proposals, facilitating negotiations, recommending suppliers, supporting contract execution, and coordinating procurement system setup. The role will also support supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with company procurement policies and category strategies. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to delivering procurement value through effective sourcing and supplier management. Key Responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact for procurement support requests stakeholders, particularly in the facility services and marketing service categories. Triage sourcing requests and work with regional and global procurement teams to prioritize activities. Lead end-to-end sourcing projects for low to medium complexity purchases, typically under $250K in spend, but this can vary. Key areas to include are facility services, marketing services, Gather business requirements, define sourcing scope, and align stakeholder expectations. Conduct supplier identification, market research, competitive bidding, and RFx processes. Analyze supplier proposals and make sourcing recommendations based on total value, risk, and business requirements. Support commercial negotiations and contract execution in partnership with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders. Coordinate supplier setup, onboarding, and procurement system activities as required. Maintain accurate sourcing, supplier, and contract documentation within procurement systems. Monitor supplier performance and support supplier relationship management activities. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracting standards, and delegated authority requirements. Assist category managers with market intelligence, supplier insights, and category strategy execution. Identify and implement opportunities to improve procurement processes and stakeholder experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of sourcing and contracting experience required; 5+ years preferred or equivalent experience. Experience supporting indirect procurement categories preferred. Experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes is a plus. Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier negotiation, and contract management. Experience working with procurement and ERP platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or similar systems preferred.
