Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering relationships with current and prospective customers and vendors. You will handle quotes, orders, and vendor relationships to contribute to the company's success. Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and CRM systems to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage and develop existing client accounts through proactive communication and relationship management strategies. Process sales orders accurately using order processing tools while ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams such as project management, logistics, and product specialists to coordinate customer requirements effectively. Resolve customer service issues promptly by applying strong problem-solving skills and maintaining positive client relationships. Support sales initiatives by analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or inside sales within an industrial/manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel) and order processing tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse clients and internal teams. Demonstrated ability in data analysis for informed decision making and relationship management. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Qualifications 3+ years of previous experience in business-to-business customer service with a background in manufacturing or distribution Experience dealing with overseas vendors is preferred Knowledge of Custom metal or plastic components and blueprints is plus Advanced MS Excel skills Moderate MS Word and Outlook Use of ERP software (Oracle Netsuite a plus) Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Independent worker Great communication skills critical thinking Ability to problem solve Hours 8:00am

•Friday with an hour lunch

Pay:

$65,000.00

•$75,000.00 per year
