Job Description
Procurement Assistant Forest House | Circa £26,700 per annum We're a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment This is an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Assistant. Reporting to the Procurement Compliance & Applications Manager, you'll provide first-line support to internal stakeholders and suppliers, helping to keep our procurement processes, systems and day-to-day administration running smoothly. We're looking for someone organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with a range of people. You'll need a flexible approach, the ability to manage varied tasks and an interest in supporting improvements across the Procurement function. What you'll be doing Provide first-line procurement support to internal stakeholders and suppliers Manage procurement inbox queries, purchase orders and system updates Support supplier onboarding, compliance and risk management processes Produce reports, dashboards and data insights to support purchasing decisions Assist Category Managers with sourcing, tenders and procurement projects Work collaboratively across departments to complete procurement administration and resolve queries Support improvements to procurement processes, systems and ways of working What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours You will be contracted to work 150 per 4-week period (37.5 per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm. Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.
