Job Description

Adecco is assisting a client in Parsippany, NJ in recruiting for a Procurement Operations Specialist . This is a hybrid contract position (3 days onsite per week) paying $34.73/hour , with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. The assignment is expected to run through August 31 with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities Support procurement and sourcing activities across indirect spend categories Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, and supplier inquiries Maintain supplier data and records within SAP systems Coordinate contract creation, approvals, renewals, and documentation Generate procurement reports and analyze data using Excel Support procurement systems including
SAP S/4HANA, SAP
Ariba, iCertis, and HighQ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain audit-ready documentation Partner with Category Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support daily procurement operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement operations Experience with supplier onboarding, contract administration, or procurement support activities Strong Excel skills, including reporting, Pivot Tables, and
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Experience working with ERP or procurement systems Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with
SAP S/4HANA, SAP
Ariba, iCertis, or HighQ Power BI experience CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or related procurement certification
Pay Details:
