Qualifications English Korean Full Job Description Position Title:

Purchasing Associate Entry Level General Responsibilities:

• Forecast demand and develop purchasing strategies based on sales data from the North American market
• Collaborate with suppliers and headquarters to manage product supply schedules and purchase orders
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• Plan and execute promotions to reduce inventory
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs to continuously improve purchasing efficiency
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure a stable product supply
• Evaluate the introduction of new brands and products and conduct market analysis
• Develop purchase plans for MOIDA based on inventory management and sales data
• Perform other related duties as needed to support company and department operations

Qualifications:

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain management (SCM), or inventory management (preferred)
• Data analysis skills (intermediate Excel proficiency or above)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in K-Beauty and the cosmetics industry
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
