Direct Hire Join a leading precision metal manufacturing company serving aerospace & defense, medical device, space, EV, semiconductor, and other critical industries. Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure precision components meet customer and company specifications.
  • Operate precision measuring equipment, inspection software, vision systems, and SPC methodologies to accurately evaluate parts.
  • Develop and execute inspection plans, methodologies, and instructions while documenting results and maintaining ISO procedures.
  • Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to analyze quality issues, troubleshoot problems, and support continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin gages, optical comparators, and visual measuring systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and working knowledge of GD&T.
  • Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with a commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in precision metal manufacturing, stamping, or machining.
  • Experience developing inspection methodologies or working with SPC systems and quality-control software. Compensation & Benefits $25.00
