Job Description
Experis, a ManpowerGroup company, seeks a Purchasing Specialist to support professional, scientific, and technical services projects. You will manage end-to-end procurement for IT, engineering, and finance initiatives, including vendor sourcing, negotiations, PO creation, and contract compliance. Partner with project, finance, and technical teams to forecast demand, optimize costs, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for IT, engineering, and professional services projects Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs to meet client and project requirements Create and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers Collaborate with project managers, finance, and technical teams to forecast needs and control costs Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement efficiency Support RFP/RFQ processes and vendor onboarding in line with Experis policies Required Skills Procurement Vendor management Contract negotiation Purchase order management Spend analysis RFP/RFQ management Supplier relationship management ERP/procurement systems Data analysis and reporting Cost reduction strategies
