About Dobco Dobco Inc. is a leading New Jersey general contractor with more than 35 years of experience delivering complex construction projects throughout the region. We are expanding our portfolio of multifamily, residential, institutional, and public projects throughout Northern and Central New Jersey and are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our growing team. Position Overview The Procurement Coordinator will support the Procurement / Construction Department with subcontractor, vendor, material, and purchasing activities. Report to the Manager, Procurement & Land Development. Prepare and distribute bid packages and RFQs. Solicit and track subcontractor and vendor bids. Assist with bid leveling, scope comparisons, and subcontractor buyout. Manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement documentation in Procore. Track procurement logs, buyout schedules, long-lead materials, and outstanding items. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, Project Managers, Estimators, and consultants. Assist with purchase orders, material pricing, contracts, and vendor documentation. Review plans and specifications to identify procurement issues. Maintain organized procurement files and follow up to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications 1 -5 years of experience in construction, procurement, estimating, purchasing, or project coordination. Construction internship or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is a plus. Multifamily, residential, commercial, or ground-up construction experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills. Procore experience is a plus. Ability to read basic construction plans and specifications is preferred. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per yearBenefits:
