We are rapidly expanding across Manhattan through both physical stores and online channels, focusing on delivering trend-driven, innovative beauty experiences. As part of a fast-growing team, you will work exclusively on H ART's business operations. This position is part of the Merchandising team and will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution.

@hartbeauty.us Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, trends, and competitive offerings aligned with brand strategy. Assist in the overall purchasing process, including, but not limited to, listing products, contacting vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Assist in coordinating with vendors to resolve issues related to order discrepancies, damages, returns, or delays. Monitor the inventory levels and assist in analyzing product performance to support data-driven purchasing decisions. Maintain and update internal systems with accurate product, order, and vendor information. Collaborate with other teams to support product launches and in-store performance. Assist in improving operational processes and identifying efficiencies across procurement and business operations workflows. Qualifications Strong interest in K-Beauty trends, products, and brands. Fluent in both Korean and English is required Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Proactive communicator with good cross-functional collaboration skills Candidates with a valid visa who can work legally in the U.S. Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Although this role is based in a general office setting, this role will regularly visit physical stores across Manhattan to conduct product checks, review merchandising, assess inventory levels, and stay connected to real-time customer trends. Compensation The starting pay rate for this position is $19-$22/hr, depending on experience, skill level, and other job-related factors. Depending on performance and business needs, the company may consider H-1B visa sponsorship.
