Fairport, New York job type: Contract salary: $21.71 - 30.40 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop and deploy Global Supply Management (GSM) strategies to secure high-quality materials, equipment, and services at the best price. Lead critical supplier negotiations, manage comprehensive contractual documents, and oversee the Supplier Relationship Management Process. Optimize inventory management by controlling and minimizing on-hand, slow-moving, and obsolete materials to ensure maximum utilization. Act as the vital GSM liaison between plants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions. Ensure strict adherence to the Global Buying Policy, internal auditing requirements, and environmental compliance standards.
