As a Procurement & Operations Specialist, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of areas, including: Purchasing Inventory Logistics Production Planning Forecasting Cost Analysis Production Analytics You'll work alongside our team to help make sure we have the right products and materials, in the right place, at the right time—while using data to help us make smarter decisions.
What You'll Do:
Purchasing & Suppliers- Assist with purchasing and replenishment based on inventory, demand, and production needs. Track purchase orders, supplier confirmations, lead times, and delivery dates.
- Communicate with suppliers about pricing, availability, order status, and timing. Help evaluate supplier pricing, performance, and reliability and maintain accurate purchasing and supplier information. Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor inventory and help identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products. Analyze inventory levels and help determine what we need and when we need it.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and help improve accuracy. Track inbound shipments and coordinate with suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams. Identify potential delays and help keep materials and finished goods moving. Production Planning & Forecasting
- Assist with production planning based on demand, inventory, orders, and available capacity. Help maintain and analyze forecasts.
- Identify potential material shortages, production constraints, and capacity issues.
You'll:
- Analyze production data to uncover trends and opportunities. Compare performance across production lines, shifts, products, and time periods.
- Help determine why production output changes. Develop reports that give our team greater visibility into operations.
- Turn numbers into practical, actionable recommendations. Help identify opportunities to make our processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Cost Analysis:
Analyze purchasing, freight, inventory, and production costs. Monitor pricing changes. Assist with supplier and cost comparisons. Help identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
