Job Title:
Purchasing and Logistics CoordinatorLocation:
Montgomery, NYSalary:
$19 to $22 hourly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 8am to 5pm Seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator to support order processing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and customer service This position works closely with customers, warehouses, freight companies, factories, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Enter customer purchase orders and stock orders into the accounting system, verifying pricing, sales quotes, factory information, and order specifications for accuracy.

Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing orders, including obtaining freight pricing, preparing bills of lading, compiling container order folders, and communicating with four warehouse locations and freight companies.

Assist with inventory management and coordinate purchase orders, master sheets, artwork proofs, factory pricing, and customer acknowledgements.

Provide customer service and sales support by answering calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining files, and working with sales, art, and other internal departments.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, administrative, and data entry experience required, with strong telephone and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; at least 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience required.

Strong math, organizational, attention-to-detail, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities accurately.

Associate degree or higher required; must be a motivated, dependable team player comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
