The Role
- Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Buyer (MRO) to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.
Salary:
$62,354- $80,000 Location
- Sidney, NY 30 Minute Drive from Binghamton, NY 20 Minute Drive from Oneonta, NY The Person
- The key skills and qualities of a Buyer (MRO) at
Amphenol Aerospace Operations:
1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience Experience with MRP systems Proficiency using Microsoft Office (skilled with using Microsoft Excel) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Some travel required- 5% (air and car) Prolonged periods of sitting and computer usage Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities The Company With manufacturing sites in Sidney, NY, Mesa, AZ, Nogales, MX, and a Design Center in Pasadena, CA, Amphenol Aerospace Operations has been a leader in designing and manufacturing electrical components for the aviation and commercial airplane industry for over 100 years.
