Job Description

At Scorpion, our mission is to create smart, effective retail security solutions without disrupting the customer experience. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support our growing global supply chain. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience working with overseas suppliers, purchasing, and inventory management . You'll play a key role in ensuring products are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently while working closely with internal teams and international partners. Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders with domestic and overseas suppliers Communicate with international vendors regarding production timelines, pricing, and order updates Track shipments from origin to delivery, including ocean and air freight Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Monitor inventory levels and help forecast purchasing needs Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing, and lead times Assist in resolving delays, quality issues, or discrepancies with shipments Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings or improved efficiency Help ensure proper documentation for imports (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, especially via email with international partners Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable working with data and spreadsheets) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in global supply chain and international business
