SCPFO Procurement Analyst Alpine Solutions Group - 3.7 Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time $50 - $55 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Communication with suppliers Data-driven problem-solving Project stakeholder communication Full Job Description The Opportunity Description We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join AEP's Supply Chain and Procurement team in Columbus, OH, supporting sourcing, supplier analysis, contract negotiations, spend analytics, and procurement reporting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field and 3+ years of procurement and/or customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes spend, pricing, suppliers, contracts, and performance metrics Conducts market and supplier research Supports sourcing strategy and contract negotiations Performs bid and cost analysis Builds pricing/TCO models and reports Communicates analysis and recommendations to stakeholders Supports procurement projects and process improvements
NOTE:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.
Job Type :
2 years contract with potential to convert Benefits include : PTO, Medical, dental, vision.
Work Set Up:
Onsite, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5
PM Work Location:
1 Riverside Plaza Columbus, OH 43215
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field OR 4 years relevant experience 3+ years procurement and/or customer service experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills Strong written/verbal communication Ability to work with suppliers, stakeholders, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Fleet Operations
