Onsite We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and purchasing activities for elevator manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Find, evaluate, and manage suppliers for mechanical, electrical, electronic, and structural components. Handle RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding . Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements. Monitor supplier performance for cost, quality, delivery, and service . Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP systems. Make sure materials are available on time to support production. Work with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and material issues. Identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier improvement . Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams. Support sourcing activities for new product introduction (NPI) . Assist with supplier quality and root-cause analysis. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement Experience in a manufacturing environment Engineering degree preferred Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, casting, and electronics. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics Knowledge of Should Costing, Cost Breakdown Analysis, and Supplier Audits Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
