Pay:

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer purchase orders with accurate data entry. Create and maintain sales orders within systems. Prepare and submit quote requests to vendors and secure competitive pricing. Create purchase requisitions and verify accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1+ year of experience in Data Entry or Purchasing Specialist High school diploma or GED. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track open orders, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
