234503 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage a sourcing strategy by partnering and collaborating closely with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leadership to attract high-quality candidates for the organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing, implementing, and managing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging market research and industry insights to attract high-quality candidates. Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize processes as needed. Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, email campaigns, and long-term communication with passive candidates. Identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization through various channels such as social media groups, talent communities, professional networks, and referrals. Manage EasyApply job postings, driving additional candidates to the automated staffing system in compliance with company policies, corporate initiatives, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma/ GED; bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
