Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Specialized experience in purchasing and/or contracts Experience working with CAD drawings Knowledge of automotive parts Knowledge of prototype parts SAP experience Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience using technical software applications Experience managing open purchase orders and tracking multiple items Ability to travel as required Ability to work overtime as required Preferred Skills Experience supporting purchasing activities in an R D environment Experience sourcing prototype or development parts Experience coordinating procurement activities with engineering or design teams Experience working with external suppliers Experience supporting changing procurement priorities and project-based purchasing Job Responsibilities Manage and track open purchase orders Coordinate purchasing and contract-related activities Support procurement of automotive and prototype components Review CAD drawings and technical documentation related to purchased parts Maintain purchase order status and track outstanding materials Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and project teams on purchasing requirements Work with external suppliers to support sourcing, order status, and delivery requirements Maintain purchasing and procurement data within SAP Support project-based procurement activities in an R D environment Track multiple purchasing activities, parts, and supplier actions simultaneously

Pay:
