Review and approve commercial assumptions for higher risk or non standard quotes prior to release. Provide structured feedback to Sales on lead time, feasibility, cost drivers, and execution risk. Validate margin thresholds and escalation requirements before commercial commitments are made. Contracting, Negotiation and Supplier Performance Negotiate pricing, payment terms, tooling ownership, minimums, and capacity allocation as required.
