We are urgently seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist for a full-time, day-shift, Monday-Friday, temp-to-hire position in Tulsa, OK . The role supports purchasing activities for equipment builds, projects, and daily manufacturing operations, with a focus on sourcing manufactured parts and electrical circuit boards. This position offers temp-to-hire conversion after a 90-day probation period based on satisfactory performance. Responsibilities Source and purchase parts, materials, and services from approved vendors. Create and manage purchase orders, pricing, quantities, terms, and delivery dates. Track orders, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure timely material availability. Work with Engineering, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to resolve purchasing and material issues. Manage vendor relationships, pricing, lead times, performance, and purchasing documentation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in manufacturing procurement, purchasing, or supply chain. Proven experience with procurement and purchasing in a manufacturing environment . Experience with supplier/vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, and cost management. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and material planning; Oracle Fusion strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret BOMs, parts lists, and technical documentation . High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
