Monday•Friday, 5:00AM•3:30

As a Welder Fabricator, you'll play a hands-on role in creating high-quality steel components and assemblies. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure each project meets safety and quality standards, contributing to the production of critical industrial equipment. What You'll Do As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for: Performing MIG welding on steel components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Fitting, aligning, and preparing materials for welding Operating shop equipment such as grinders, torches, and cutting tools Inspecting welds to ensure quality and structural integrity Monitoring welding processes to prevent defects and maintain consistency Assisting with material handling using overhead cranes or forklifts Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Following all safety protocols and production standards What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 2+ years of welding experience required Strong MIG welding skills, especially on steel Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications Experience working with heavy metal components Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay active throughout the shift Overhead crane or forklift experience a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
