Job Description Manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods and materials. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes. The Successful Applicant 5+ YOE manging indirect spend categories for a manufacturing site/business. Experience leading MRO, CapEx, Facilities Management categories is preferred. Ability to execute on $40-80MM in annual spend. Prior experience working in a procurement function at a high caliber food & beverage manufacturing site is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build and manage strong internal relationships with senior stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain effective vendor and supplier relationships. Knowledge of logistics and inventory management best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
