Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sourcing Program Support Specialist for a contract position with a Global Industrial Equipment Manufacturer located in Erie, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is fully onsite.
Compensation:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:
This role involves coordinating sourcing program activities, including tracking requests for quotes (RFQs) and working closely with suppliers. The ideal candidate will monitor supplier development schedules, manage the PPAP execution process, and interface with manufacturing teams to support initial production builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track request for quote (RFQ) activities Work with suppliers to ensure PO promises are input into the ERP system Monitor supplier development schedules; work proactively to highlight risks and identify potential impact to delivery schedules PPAP execution; monitor and expedite supplier qualification process steps with appropriate functions as necessary Interface with manufacturing team to support first build Maintain product cost information and provide analysis and summaries as required Gather and maintain data related to overall program metrics and prepare weekly updates as required
Primary Requirements:
Associate degree in a technical field preferred Microsoft Office proficient, especially in Excel (pivot tables, etc.) Previous experience working on a project team with exposure to project scheduling and cross-functional interactions Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
