Work you'll do As a Specialist, Contracts and Procurement Management on the GPS Contracts team, you will be responsible for: Advising account teams on Federal subcontract administration matters and supporting subcontract strategies that align to engagement and business objectives Reviewing subcontract actions across the subcontract lifecycle, including solicitations, requests for proposals, negotiations, awards, and documentation requirements Analyzing subcontract data, maintaining subcontract files, and entering and monitoring information in internal systems for completeness and accuracy Identifying subcontracting issues, assessing risks and opportunities, and supporting resolution of standard and complex subcontract matters Coordinating with internal stakeholders to communicate subcontract requirements, support process improvements, and provide guidance on policies, standards, and procedures A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team The GPS Contracts Sector Team comprises practitioners across the US and India, dedicated to supporting all prime contract management needs for our internal and external clients.
