Job Description
Security Systems of America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Office Administration Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines purchasing, inventory control, vendor coordination, and office administration responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently. The position reports to the Purchasing Manager and Controller. What You'll Do Purchasing & Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels using Sedona Office and inventory management systems. Order parts and materials to support installation and service projects. Work with vendors regarding pricing, orders, and product availability. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and product flow. and Office Office Administration Maintain and organize electronic records and documentation. Scan and upload documents into SharePoint and internal systems. Manage office supplies and vendor relationships. Coordinate building maintenance and contractor services. Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects. and Office Admin What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of purchasing, inventory control, or related experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Experience with inventory management software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in security, construction, manufacturing, electrical, or related industries is a plus
