• $109,400 annual salary + benefits Job Summary Client is seeking a Buyer I/II to manage purchasing activities for construction projects, including materials, supplies, equipment, consumables, and on-site services.

The role involves supplier negotiations, purchase orders, quotation analysis, and delivery tracking to ensure materials arrive on time and within budget. We have two openings for Buyer I /

4+ years of relevant experience |

$72,900

• 109,400 annually Key Responsibilities Request and evaluate supplier bids and quotations.

Negotiate pricing and select vendors based on cost, quality, and delivery. Create and manage purchase orders and purchasing catalogs. Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve supplier issues. Collaborate with project teams and support procurement systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of relevant experience for Buyer I and 4+ years for Buyer II. Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and purchasing procedures. Experience with purchase orders, supplier management, and negotiations.
