52/hr | 100% Remote Remote Opportunity! A multibillion-dollar specialty pharmaceutical distributor is seeking a Materials & Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory planning, vendor management, and product data.
What You'll Do:
Manage purchasing and purchase orders for pharmaceutical, medical, ancillary, and packaging products. Monitor inventory levels, forecasting, lead times, days on hand, and slow-moving/dead stock. Work with suppliers on pricing, product information, documentation, returns, and purchasing requirements. Maintain accurate product master data and purchasing transactions in ERP systems. Partner with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Product Management to resolve inventory and purchasing issues. Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in purchasing, procurement, materials, inventory, or supply chain. Experience with purchase orders, vendors/suppliers, and inventory. Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, biotech, life sciences, or distribution and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, ERP, MRP, inventory planning, or forecasting.
