Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team and help drive effective procurement operations. Our team focuses on maintaining accuracy, compliance, and innovation within purchasing processes to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage moderately complex purchase orders and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support execution of purchasing and sourcing strategies to achieve objectives for timely delivery, quality, and cost optimization. Assist in analyzing procurement risks, identifying process gaps, and supporting the resolution of issues. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on procurement processes and best practices.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity. Familiarity with SAP ECC for materials management, requisitions, and purchase order management. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the capacity to learn new systems efficiently. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; exposure to Ariba is desirable.
