Job Description

As a Procurement Analyst, you'll shape the products, programs, and supplier partnerships that support Regal theatres across the country. Using data, market insights, and supplier collaboration, you'll help drive smart sourcing decisions, support new product launches, reduce risk, and deliver value across food & beverage, retail, and theatre supply categories. What You'll Do Manage assigned procurement categories by supporting supplier relationships, sourcing initiatives, contract activities, and ongoing performance management. Analyze spending trends, supplier proposals, pricing data, and market conditions to identify opportunities for savings, efficiencies, and improved business outcomes. Lead and support sourcing projects from vendor outreach and bid development through evaluation, negotiations, and implementation. Partner with Food & Beverage, Retail, Operations, and other teams to source new products, evaluate suppliers, and support business priorities. Coordinate product launches and program rollouts by managing supplier communications, inventory transitions, forecasting changes, and implementation activities. Support contract administration by maintaining documentation, tracking key terms and renewal dates, and coordinating review and approval processes. Develop reporting, scorecards, and procurement metrics that help monitor supplier performance, measure results, and support continuous improvement. You're comfortable analyzing data, supplier proposals, pricing structures, and market information to make recommendations and solve business problems. You can manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities without losing attention to detail. You communicate confidently and build productive relationships with suppliers, distributors, and cross-functional business partners. You have experience working with contracts, supplier agreements, or vendor management processes and understand the importance of accuracy and follow-through. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy balancing analytics, relationship management, project coordination, and continuous improvement.
