Job Title:
Procurement Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a motivated Procurement Coordinator for a 3-month temporary assignment to support the Procurement team. This role is ideal for individuals early in their career or those exploring procurement as a field. The assignment will offer hands-on exposure to sourcing, contracting, procurement operations, supplier engagement, and Center of Excellence (COE) activities. Responsibilities Assist with supplier requests, sourcing documentation, and intake activities. Track sourcing activities, timelines, and responses. Support basic market research and supplier comparisons. Assist with contract intake and document preparation. Support routing, tracking, and filing of contract documents. Validate required information prior to contract review. Support purchase request processing and data entry. Assist with reporting, tracking metrics, and maintaining logs. Help respond to internal request status and process questions. Support supplier onboarding and compliance activities. Help maintain supplier records, profiles, and documentation. Assist with supplier communications, coordination, and basic follow-ups. Support supplier performance tracking and data collection. Assist with documenting procurement processes and standard work. Support development of templates, job aids, and training materials. Help with data cleanup, audits, and operational improvement initiatives. Provide ad hoc project support across the procurement organization. Essential Skills 0-1 years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience. Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain or related program (or equivalent coursework). Interest in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or business operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with systems, documents, and data. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Willingness to learn, take direction, and support multiple work areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications Hunger for Growth Vendor management Work Environment You will be working in the Bellevue, WA HQ site on a hybrid basis, with potential travel to the Bothell site. The Center of Excellence/Supplier Engagement offers support for supplier segmentation and engagement, aiming to drive long-term value, risk management, and scalability across categories. The environment emphasizes strengthening supplier capability through targeted training and supporting invoicing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
