Job Description

Job Purpose This position will support our Procurement team as a Summer Intern from May 2027 - August 2027 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship. In this position you will have the opportunity to: Support the Procurement team with day-to-day activities including supplier research, data collection, contract support, spend reporting, and support on sourcing activities. Assist with specific Procurement projects such as supplier performance tracking, scorecards, contract documentation, cost savings analysis, sourcing event preparation, and organization of supplier or category data. Develop practical knowledge of procurement processes, strengthen analytical and communication skills, and gain exposure to supplier relationship management, contract administration, and cross-functional project work. Along with an opportunity to work within ERP systems - SAP/ Ariba. Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging and challenging environment Work alongside and be coached by members of your team and engage with leaders across the company What do I need to be successful? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; experience with Power BI, procurement systems, or ERP tools is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational skills Interpersonal and communication skills Time management skills Education Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field Must have an expected graduation date of August 2027 or later Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher Work Environment This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule #LI-HYBRID
