- How you make a difference
- The Procurement Specialist supports strategic sourcing and purchasing activities across multiple business functions, including Operations, Clinical Administration, and IT.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and RFI/RFP processes to maximize purchasing value across the organization.
- Additional Details
- Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day procurement support for client facilities.
Review and process requests for:
Dental supplies Medical supplies Equipment requests Handle non-formulary requests and guide them through the approval process. Monitor and respond to requests in the procurement queue. Support new facility start-ups and site launches. Assist with RFP/RSP processes when onboarding new facilities by: Assessing facility needs Working with vendors to source products Negotiating pricing when necessary Serve as a liaison for vendor inquiries and support vendor relationships. Generate and maintain procurement-related reporting. Preferred Experience & Qualifications Required/Highly Preferred Procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience. Correctional healthcare experience strongly preferred. Customer service, provider relations, or vendor relationship experience. Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Nice-to-Have Vendor contracting experience. Experience with RFP/RSP processes. Experience supporting facility start-ups or site visits.Prior experience with:

- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education + Bachelor's degree in economics, business or finance. Experience + Large corporate experience is preferred. + Must be able to manage and complete multiple projects and RFP's driving excellent results. Licenses/Certifications + None.
