The ideal candidate would be able to attend a nearby office, but this role is flexible and can be fully remote. As a Transaction Services Analyst/Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the creation of purchase orders for the Marketing team within the Strategy & Operations board area. This role requires strong expertise in CLIENT purchasing processes, policies, and internal operational guidelines, as well as a solid understanding of marketing planning structures.
You will act as a key operational support partner, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of requests while maintaining high service standards. The role also includes supporting team members through purchase order enablement, initial case reviews, and knowledge sharing.
A strong understanding of procurement processes is essential to effectively monitor incoming requests, manage workflows, and ensure proper request routing and prioritization.
This is a highly operational role that requires deep familiarity with CLIENT systems and tools, including Ariba, ISP, CRM, and reporting platforms. Attention to detail, process discipline, and compliance awareness are critical to success. In addition, the role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-centric mindset, delivering clear, concise and efficient support to internal customers.
