POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating materials, equipment, and services from approved vendors. Evaluates supplier capabilities, pricing, and performance to ensure best value or lowest price/technically acceptable while maintaining compliance with government regulations, including

FAR/DFARS. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and government regulations (FAR/DFARS) Analyze vendor quotes, proposals, and service offerings to identify the most cost-effective and compliant solutions Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal value Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships to support quality, delivery, and cost objectives Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing Ensure procurement activities follow established procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards
