Senior Procurement Analyst (Hybrid, Remote Work Considered)

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our Space Systems Procurement Organization as a Procurement Analyst Senior. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in procuring specialized materials, equipment, supplies, and services that meet program-specific requirements and specifications. Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Analyst Senior, you'll be responsible for the complete acquisition lifecycle, including, but not limited to: Analyzing purchase requisitions and initiating RFQs/RFPs Reviewing bids, selecting vendors, and negotiating terms and conditions Writing comprehensive price analyses to inform procurement decisions Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate procurement of materials and services Issuing and managing subsequent purchase orders In addition to these core responsibilities, you may also: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive savings and growth Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Lead formal negotiations and execute Long Term Agreements/Blanket Agreements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Program Management Prepare reports, documentation, and other materials as needed

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need: Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience At least two years of experience in procurement or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of procurement-related experience) Excellent technical drawing skills to accurately interpret and analyze technical specifications High-level technical writing skills to produce comprehensive price analyses and other procurement-related documents Superior communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$82779 - $140723 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
