Reporting to the Plant Procurement Lead, this role supports both strategic and operational procurement activities, including cost savings initiatives, supplier performance management, transactional execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced plant environment. What You'll Do Support benchmarking, should-be-cost analysis, and business case development Assist in planning and monitoring supplier performance, including ASAT and related compliance activities Develop and maintain tools and templates to streamline team communication and procurement execution Communicate with suppliers on operational topics; support negotiations and RFQ/RFP processes alongside Strategic Buyers Participate in supplier meetings and liaise with Financial Shared Services to resolve purchase-to-pay issues Support buyer/planners and operations staff in executing purchase orders, resolving AP issues, and supplier communications Interface with Shipping, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve cross-functional issues Ensure adherence to global procedures, quality standards, and departmental policies Resolve issues related to direct materials, services, raw material quality, quantity verification, and delivery to support production demands What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field 5-10 years of prior procurement experience, ideally with purchase-to-pay exposure, preferred Technical understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable working directly with suppliers and cross-functional teams Data-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines High integrity, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Oracle experience a plus
